Privacy Policy

CleanShelf processes shop-level operational data such as shop domain, installation sessions, shop settings, plan state, managed-scope rules, manual inclusions, exclusions, scan runs, issue review state, product insight records, cleaning logs, and Flow action runs.

We process this data to authenticate the app, apply managed perimeter rules, run catalog automation, persist issue and scan state, enforce plan limits, support billing, and provide merchant-facing auditability.

CleanShelf currently relies on Shopify, Railway, PostgreSQL infrastructure, and email delivery infrastructure that is configured by the operator. Those providers may process operational data that is necessary to run the service.

App data is retained for as long as it is required to operate the app, support merchants, and preserve activity history according to the active plan. CleanShelf also responds to uninstall and compliance webhooks, including shop-level data cleanup flows where applicable.
