- How do I install CleanShelf?
- Install or open CleanShelf from Shopify Admin or the Shopify App Store.
- Does CleanShelf ask for a manual store-domain during install?
- No. Installation and authentication start from Shopify-owned surfaces such as Shopify Admin or the Shopify App Store.
- What are managed products?
- Managed products are catalog items included in the CleanShelf managed perimeter for review, scan, and control workflows.
- What is the issue queue?
- The issue queue groups catalog findings so merchants can review them before taking action.
- What do scheduled scans do?
- Scheduled scans help keep managed catalog checks current according to the controls configured in the app.
- How do weekly reports work?
- Weekly reports summarize CleanShelf catalog activity and can also be sent from inside the app when needed.
- How is billing handled?
- Paid plans are reviewed and approved through Shopify Billing when prompted by the app.
- What happens if I uninstall the app?
- Uninstalling removes access to CleanShelf from the store and triggers Shopify uninstall handling for the app.
Getting started
- Install or open CleanShelf from Shopify Admin or the Shopify App Store.
- Complete Shopify OAuth.
- Review the plan screen and approve billing through Shopify when prompted.
- Open Overview.
- Configure or review the managed scope.
- Review Managed products.
- Review the Issue queue / Action center.
- Open Controls for scheduled scans and weekly reports.
- Use Send weekly report when needed.
